How do I delete my account?

From the application: Profile, then Delete my account. All your data will be deleted immediately. You can also request deletion online or by email.

How do I change my preferences?

From the application: Profile, then modify your interests, transport modes, home/work location, alerts and scenarios.

How do I cancel my premium subscription?

Via the App Store settings (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Cancellation cannot be done from the GVA Horizon application.

How do I export my data?

From the application: Profile, then Export my data. Your data is exported in JSON format. This feature is available for premium users.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your data is stored in Switzerland (Infomaniak datacenter, Geneva). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All communications are encrypted via HTTPS. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
