ASK chatbot responses and briefing summaries are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) and may contain inaccuracies.

Intellectual property

The GVA Horizon application, its brand, design and original content are protected by Swiss copyright law (CopA). Third-party data remains the property of their respective sources.

Liability

GVA Horizon disclaims all liability for damages resulting from the use of information provided by the application or website, to the extent permitted by Swiss law. This exclusion does not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
