Delete my account

From the application (recommended)

The easiest way: open the app, go to Profile, then tap Delete my account.

All your data will be deleted immediately and irreversibly.

By email

If you no longer have access to the application, send an email to:

contact@gvahorizon.ch Subject: "Account deletion" — include your email address

Processing time: 30 days maximum.

Data deleted

Account deletion triggers cascading deletion of:

Profile and preferences
ASK messages (chatbot)
Interactions and briefing history
Alerts and scenarios
Badges and gamification
Reports and feedback

This action is irreversible. All your data will be permanently deleted.

Premium subscription

If you have an active premium subscription, cancel it before deleting your account. Cancellation is done via the App Store settings (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

Retained data

Certain anonymised data (reports without user identifier, aggregated statistics) may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
